Yikes
First off, the "fiscal cliff" is not real, per se--as it has been presented. However, it is a "cliff" that a multitude of individuals, couples, and families "fall off" on a DAILY basis.
Why? Banking practices.
Well, banking practices monetize human life -- all life. Right? Then a little disaster capitalism enables the "winners" to maintain and even increase their status. I see the videos as glimpses of how a rigged system is consolidated and strengthened leading to increased power of the big banks. Politicians have to be good for something. It's a positive feedback loop.
Magda, it will take me some time to work through your article.
Yikes!
