Here's an article that suggests that the Cruz infidelity rumor has been circulating for months, pushed by Rubio operatives:

I do notice that this rumor didn't get published till after Rubio was done. I don't care who slept with who, but if this is a Rubio rumor, now being exploited to bash Trump, that seems to be a dirty trick worthy of journalistic attention.
