I believe under the current Administration it would be suicidal for Assange to enter the US or to go to Sweden. The current Administration would be dead set on seeing him get the death penalty, even though he is not a US Citizen [he'll be labelled an enemy-combatant terrorist or some such]. To be honest, I'm worried about Manning when she comes out in May, that the Administration could re-charge her on new charges - or harass her. I trust the current Administration as far as I can throw the Planet.
