Because Snowden is in Russia. Why is he in Russia? The US State Department cancelled his passport and that is the only place he could get to safely. But for the mentally limited they still think everything he did was for the Russians and he always intended to be there. And the US government is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful government they've ever known in their life.
