On balance I agree but I suspect that it will become the occasion for the Deep State establishment to get it's own FALSE version firmly on the record - something like 'The Iraqis did it' per Norman Bakers preferred explanation.
Still, if a verdict of Unlawful Killing or Murder is returned, rather than the current suicide, it will be a step forward
I can't help feeling that there is a potentially serious rift brewing between the US and UK SIS's over the whole thing too. When you start digging into the business of DK as a possible unwitting conduit between the US and UK over the latter's thinking about the then looming Iraq invasion and mix that with the whole bio-weapons issue - especially the post 9-11 anthrax thing in the US, a vast seething can of worms appears.
