The book is dynamite [semtex]! I found it one of the best and most depressing books I've read and I've read lots of depressing books. The fact that not one, but two of these malevolent monsters made it to the top executive position in the USA and committed hundreds of small crimes and a few or epic proportions and most American's have not a single clue, I find most depressing.....
