I received your email informing me that you re-posted my work--on NSAM's 263 and 273, which was published on LANCER's site--here. Thank you for your kind words, as well. I also presented the material at COPA this year on the 21st of November, which was--ironically, or not--the 47th anniversary of the signing of the DRAFT of NSAM 273 by McGeorge Bundy.
I want to briefly mention that my emphasis is on the DRAFT of NSAM 273 -- My emphasis is NOT on the FINAL version. The DRAFT is all important, IMO.
