Just thinking out loud.....but could this have some connection to the arrest of the Director - or his being set up and taken down?! They are saying very little, but seem to hint it was a very BIG and MAJOR cyber attack! Insider putsch going on? Outsider attacks? Those third world people most negatively affected by the IMF, for the most part, are not able to attack. Yes, some more powerful countries like Greece, Ireland, Portugal, et al. are..... and of course Russia and China would be interested to see 'the books' - plus there are individual and groups of hackers who just hate that kind of Oligarchic structure......
