Occupy Everywhere - Sept 17th - Day of Rage Against Wall Street and what it stands for!
Quote:I think that is the only major mis-step this movement has made so far.

Peter,I disagree that this was a mis-step.The people were in the middle of a general assembly. They are operating under the premise that ALL voices are equal.Rep.Lewis walked into the middle of this assembly, and wanted to make a statement. The protesters were not only correct to deny this assembly distraction, but showed strength in respectively saying so.I think Rep.Lewis realized this also,as he seemed to agree with the dissenting speakers position.Really, this was more a problem of just bad timing on Rep. Lewis attempt to show support for OWS.
