But sadly, for me, it's the official CFR anodyne position of their War & Peace Studies Group. Nicely phrased, bland - indeed almost boring in its language.......... whoops, just fell to sleep there for a moment. Move along folks, nothing to see here...
Based on what little I've read of the report - because the last I heard it still IS "confidential" and not freely available to one and all - it has a few more fireworks and political sensitivities concealed within its pages than admitted hitherto.
I would love to get my hands on it and know for sure though.
