These two cops look like brothers... both bald heads, both heavy bulky build, both wear glasses.
But nah! Only one of them is dumb enough to use all his might to pull off a shoe and fall on his arse.

Probably charged her with assaulting a police officer for allowing her shoe to fall off like that and make the poor officer fall on his generous arse. Oh, and resisiting arrest too.
