NSA Spying likely-unconstitutional...
#11

Well at the Madhatter's Tea Party you can argue real logic until you are blue in the face or meet the Cheshire Cat and nothing will come of it....sadly, that is sort of the situation [mixed in with a very large dollop of Orwellian 1984] we are in the American 'legal' [sic] system. Yes, I think there is a 50-50 chance of reversing that decision based on the illogic and obvious bias of the second judge, but it will soon be to the Supremes and they have been selected [against all the Constitution and our form of government dictates] to almost always decide on the side of those who own the government...and guess how they view the NSA [which they also own]......In fact, the NSA does more 'corporate/industrial/technological' spying than 'security' spying [it is believed]. America is a wholly-owned, and tightly held, Corporation - and the 'Board of Directors' have not seen fit to issue stock to the Citizens - and don't plan to....they have OTHER plans for the citizenry....which are all too apparent! As John Jay, the first Supreme Court Justice once said, "America should be ruled by those who own it." - and it seems, sadly, that his word is still the 'golden rule'.::face.palm::
