There is word that the intelligence agencies and military have already used this technology to have an opponent shoot their weapons and train their attention in the wrong direction[s]. It could also be used for false-flag operations - having them become not only false-'flag', but false-'sensory'. It is already being used in confined spaces for advertising in 3D, a kind of banality of evil. What the article in the first post is talking about is daylight/outdoor projection of images [as well as indoor/ambient light]. Frightening to think of all of the evil such technology could bring! And makes me wonder if it has not already been used for a decade or so......
NB - Personally, I see NO evidence and do not believe it was used during 9-11; however, it is not beyond the realm of possibility in the future - nor inconceivable that is has already fooled public perception of reality in the past.
