Casey Joe Thorburg

Casey Joe Thornburg is claimed to have been an eyewitness on the Grassy Knoll on Nov. 22, 1963. Since he was born in 1949, this ex-Navy man, entrepreneur, and entertainer, would have been 14 at the time. Under the pen name Bob Goodman, he is said to have written "Triangle of Fire." (1993)

It is said that "Triangle of Fire" is some sort of eyewitness account, but it doesn't read that way.

The theory in Triangle of Fire is four shooters (drain, knoll, TSBD, Dal-Tex). Don't ask how you get a triangle with four points...

He worked the Knoll off and on for years. He used to show a picture of a two boys under the pergola closest to TSBD. He claimed to be one of the boys.

Bob Goodman came to the museum one day in 90's with the negative to this photograph. We examined the negative and made prints. There was no evidence of bullet holes in the sign. Bob retained the negative.
