Casey Joe Thornburg is claimed to have been an eyewitness on the Grassy Knoll on Nov. 22, 1963. Since he was born in 1949, this ex-Navy man, entrepreneur, and entertainer, would have been 14 at the time. Under the pen name Bob Goodman, he is said to have written "Triangle of Fire." (1993)
