This report states that one GILBERTO P LOPEZ traveled to Mexico 11/23 and to Cuba the same day - he and his records disappeared
What got me thinking was the number of his FM-8 (same FM Oswald supposedly got)

Am I crazy or is it strange that a tourist VISA book in New Orleans on Sept 17 would have a number only 468 away from one in TAMPA from 2 months later ??
Need to find out more about the process

Why would a TAMPA and NEW ORLEANS tourist visa via the Mexican Embassies in each city have numbers that are so close together?
Anyone have any insight or research into that paperwork?

These are the 2 WCR exhibits for this document... One is of the Top which does not include the signature block; and the one on the right which has the signature but the top with the #24085 is gone...
Yes, they appear the same... yet I have found many examples where one piece of a document was copied onto another
We also know that Oswald did not have a birth certificate with him...
This doc just screams forgery to me... and suggest that there may have been a real #24085... or GAUDET simply picked this up...
