He's important for a LOT of reasons. I believe, and a lot of researchers should have reason to believe he was the dark-skinned man driving Mrs. Paine's Rambler to pick up an Oswald from the TSBD. Nagell admitted to somehow helped him to enter into the US [and it is unclear why the US Govt. was trying to keep him out - or how exactly Nagell aided him in entry]. He had done some really 'dirty' [killing] jobs in C. America before [somewhat unclear if for the Company or semi-rogue], but Nagell met him in Mexico City. There is ample proof he was killed in Cuba on that 1966 raid - and that drug dealer alive and well after is either someone with the same name or some faking going on.
