Pynchons new book is coming August 4th. This one will be of extreme interest to forum reaaders I think LA late 60s. Hughes and his security guards anyone? Caesar gone to Philippines?

this book is pure fun. They say its Pynchon light. True enough, but its also Pynchon fun! And Tom has definitely been doing his CIA homework. Nice placement of Hughes tool warehouses, Golden Triangle intrigue overlapping intel connected LAPD specials. Seems to understand Pawley-Luce Yachting club.
