Great points, and by Steve above as well. The biggest complaint I get when I talk with people about this is "that was 45 years ago, who do you still care"?
So I respond with a quick dot connecting explanation that leads to today..and yes the future.
Another thing I do personally is discuss this with virtually everyone I encounter, as you just never know when you will find an avid participant to the conversation. This occurred with me just last night at a Christmas party with the District Attorney's office in Lockhart. A 26 year old asst. DA. She KNOWS truth. I sent her DPF link this morning. Several years ago I had a conversation with another asst DA in this same office, with the same result. And this is a small DA's ofice. So you just never know where you will find someone wishing to know more. Peter is absolutely correct: we need a mass movement to demand justice. The net has been invaluable in educating people. And I also agree that MSM is soon not to be the norm. This generation gets their news from the net. MSN is entertainment and on issues like ours, liars.
Steve's point about the divide and conquor problems within the community is a MAJOR point. I still wonder about particular researchers: ego vs. agent?
THe MSM is our enemy. Even if a particular talking head believes JFK was killed by a conspiracy he or she is not permitted to say so. Operation Mockingbird controlls the entire press, at least regarding deep political issues.
So our battle has always been an uphill one. We have every government agency against us, the media, history books, but we have the people who have been able to spot a lie since this one first occurred. I think it is something like only 20% of the public in this country who believes the WC.
so hopefully the 80% will find sites like this and a true mass movement will occur.
Then again I may just be dreaming
