National Archives is accepting public comment on their prioritization plan at this e-mail address: ndc@nara.gov
I have commented that the new National Declassification Center should undertake a review of all withheld JFK assassination records as a matter of highest priority, and they should be released well in advance of the 2013 fiftieth anniversary.
