The Administration has chosen to refer the Arizona lawsuit to the United Nations for review in the International Human Rights Council.

Clearly Arizona is in breach. It will be interesting to see what happens after the report. States rights issues and anti-UN feelings abound even before this and racist hate to be told to love thy neighbour.
