Just checking in.... Something ate my PC. I have been blind and mute in online terms for weeks; the crystal ball forecasts a new iMac with bells and whistles in April. Have been very busy reading Peter Levenda's "Sinister Forces" trilogy (am halfway through Volume Three, having diverted to read half of his "Unholy Alliance" and all of Gordon Thomas' "Journey Into Madness". Other books have been ordered and are due soon. Much fodder for a re-birth of a blog and perhaps more. Can't take the time to read online as I am here courtesy of a timed-out access via local library. So in terms of following current and ongoing events I have been gefunken (to borrow on a German phrase). I am, however, now much more prepared to begin to read those Jungian volumes David Guyatt told me to buy.

"Pay attention to the open sky; you never know what will be (going) down."

Apologies to Jackson Browne...

Hi Ed :girlboydance:Glad you could make it to the library. I look forward to all these upcoming book reviews Read
"The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it." Karl Marx

"He would, wouldn't he?" Mandy Rice-Davies. When asked in court whether she knew that Lord Astor had denied having sex with her.

“I think it would be a good idea” Ghandi, when asked about Western Civilisation.

Here's a short one on a book that jumped off the shelf at me in the library:

Read "Mirage Men: An Adventure into Paranoia, Espionage, Psychological Warfare and UFO's" that was resonant with that part of Levenda I was reading about UFO's, so I grabbed it as an instant parallax check. It's written by a Englishman by the name of Mark Pilkington and is, in parallel, a study on the infiltration of governmental disinformation specialists and approaches into the 9/11 movement (and notes a recognizable name). Chapter 8 has the hard goods on the infiltration of the UFO world.

I have also requested "Cloak and Dollar" by Rhodri Jeffreys-Jones (Yale University Press, 2003) on one Allen Dulles whose name keeps popping up in a lot of places.

I also read the autobiography of Elliott Aaronson ("Not by Chance Alone") which is a glimpose into the world of psycholoogy, social psychology, and more.
