Any thoughts on this? I just came across this today and never heard of it before. Seems something of a stretch to have a twice divorved woman accepted in a political Catholic family in those days if nothing else. No idea who is behind this web site either. Will check in the morning.

By now you will probably have found out yourself:
Quote:By now, thousands of people have asked for the most accessible copy of The Blauvelt Family Genealogyin the local history and genealogy reference room of the Library of Congress; hundreds of others have examined a copy in the Washington headquarters of the Daughters of the American Revolution. The White House, in turn, has had hundreds of inquiries as to the authenticity of the paragraph.
To each inquirer goes a carefully worded reply. "The President," it says, "has been married only onceto his wife Jacqueline Kennedy."
The most relevant literature regarding what happened since September 11, 2001 is George Orwell's "1984".

No, I hadn't. I haven't had the time today to research this. Thanks for this update Carsten. Seems clear enough.
