You get the sense that there is a standing order that a succeeding president will never allow the prosecution of a former president, even if they were a war criminal and crooked beyond the pale.
I guess this is what Obama means by "not looking back"? The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge. Carl Jung - Aion (1951). Is the new AG Eric Holder the same one that recommended to Clinton that he pardon Marc Rich? If he is I wont be holding my breath for any prosecution of Bush and Co.
Here is a PDF which has Marc Rich's friend Michael Steinhardt pleading his (empty) case with Clinton. The link below from Deep Capture has a history of Michael Steinhardt and how he got to where he did. A fine upstanding young fellow he is too. Why would Clinton give the time of day to these people? Why would Eric Holder recommend a pardon? On what grounds? Since when does an administration take orders from the mafia? http://www.deepcapture.com/category/1-the-players/
