From the linked story:
"Before his visit, the Secret Service received two threats against him, and agents passed out mug shots of two people to the Seattle Police Special Squad a now-defunct top unit with instructions to watch crowds closely." If, as I am persuaded, the Dallas hit was protected by, among other feints, pre-hit stagings of faux assassination scenarios designed to resemble what was planned for Dallas and ultimately to be blown, then the aforementioned mug shots very well might include a portrait of an individual who could be accurately described in such a manner as to bring to mind -- and the mind's eye -- LHO. By the same token, this may have been nothing more than another false alarm. And the more false alarms the better, as far as the true Dallas Facilitators were concerned. The particulars of the Seattle "plot" would be of immense value to our studies.
