Yes, I suspect so. It's an old trick.

MSM operates by controling the agenda, by demarcating the boundaires, saying "this is acceptable dissent" whereas "that is beyond the pale and must not be brought into the debate by journalists" and, if unexpectedly raised by an interviewee, must be immediately squashed or derided by reporters.
Examples of MSM forbidden subjects: HIV was created in a laboratory; a person can be triggered to shoot another person through hypnotic suggestion; global market capitalism has created trillions of dollars of debt which will never be repaid; politicians have little real power.
