Roy Schaeffer, gifted honor student built a cloud chamber with dry ice and replicated some of the similarities to the Zapruder Frame showing
vapor trails. Critical was the exact temperature as indicated on the Hertz sign atop the Texas School Book Depository roof. Note that after his contact with Special Agent Buck Revelle with these revelations, the temperature portion of the sign was turned off. To enlighten some new JFK Researchers, Roy Schaeffer was assigned to the slot previously held by Lee Harvey Oswald at El Toro. Had similar MOS and security clearances. Also knew Kerry Thornley and Zack Stout.
At his testimony to the ARRB, Federal Court House in Dallas, 1994, he admitted to being a victim of the MKULTRA program.
