Yes, and there are many more examples in the literature than on our site......not all programmed people are used for assassinations - but that is one task that can be done [with them not even remembering they did so or were involved!]....drugs, information sending or information gathering/transport is also done, as well as who knows what.........I met someone once who I was asking questions of....regarding their service in a secret service. One question I asked [which to me seemed no different than others being asked and answered] suddenly elicited the person changing COMPLETELY their behavior and illogically SCREAMING 'my head will explode'....upon questioning them about the statement, until they 'calmed down' to a more normal state they insisted that answering that question would cause their head to LITERALLY EXPLODE - thus they couldn't answer it. When presented with the illogic of the proposition they just stated, they couldn't understand....despite normal intelligence and logic [otherwise]. I suspected programming to NOT disclose that information asked.

I guess the answer is "Yes" according to everything that is known. Maybe CIA thought that the flaw was a guaranteed kill shot might not be made by the hypnotic assassin so he would be used to draw attention while the CIA killer took precise shots like with RFK. But the answer is, yes, they obviously trusted the MK-ULTRA programming to pull it off. And what about Chapman? He allegedly took the shots. Or was Astucia correct and the kill shots were taken from the portal in the tunnel? In any case the MK-ULTRA programming was very successful.

According to Pepper's first book, military intelligence had a nest of snipers (or sniper) on a nearby roof for the MLK killing, in case the other "shooter" didn't do the job.
Nothing was left to chance.
And that, I suppose, is the point. If you're going to do a big headline killing you have to be successful and make sure the job is done - and then deal with the cover-up consequences afterwards.

I take the Lennon killing personally. A British celebrity was murdered gangland style by our government without rights. I suppose this proves the "supranational" nature of these things as Charles said.
