Of course these SS agents acted suspiciously and probably knew of the plot. But the SS as an
agency, like the CIA and the FBI did not plan the assassination.
I did not try to exonerate them. All i said is that a security test, coupled with a simulated attack scenario
and a Continuation of Government exercise might have been necessary to justify their actions in a subsequent investigation. A cover up to force these agencies to stop any real investigation.
I cannot prove the theory i presented above but i think it explains a lot regarding Oswald's intelligence status, its mission in Russia, in New Orleans, in Mexico and why everything was covered up.
