Her name has been mentioned several times now. I think she is still a member of the Education Forum. Have you asked her to post something about this? At this point, I think the least she can do is to publicly acknowledge that there was never anything to these charges.
Regardless of how it all started, I think she owes you this, at the very least. And to be honest with you, no one should have to prompt her.

Agreed Don...yes she has been asked to post what you have suggested, but has not .she simply does not care period, someone who has behaved as she has is selfish to the bone, and now has had the opportunity to prove such and has...all there is apparently are her looks, and they as we all know do not last, there apparently is nothing else there, and with no character well, she will end up with the nothing she is now...sorry do not mean to rant, but have been and am very p/o with how all this has gone down, very unfair..she began all of this by what she emailed that was used as the trigger, therefore she should have stood up some time back and cleared him, so much for such friviolitys on the web...beware...but i do believe the two threads should be reposted as well as his history, his posts...no one has the right imo to delete history, but someone apparently does, because it has been done...shame...thanks b

Here in the capital of this country they built during the Communist Period the world's largest marble statue of Stalin - HUGE! It dominated the skyline. It was in all the school texts and travel guides, photo books of the city, etc. When Stalin fell from grace with the secret denunciation speech of Khrushchev the city fathers, intelligence apparat and propagandists panicked. It was one of the larger granite statues in the whole world and weighed some tens of thousands of tons - not easy to hide on the cheap!... One night it was covered with a large tent-like structure and for many subsequent nights the city was rocked by HUGE explosions, as it was taken down and then dumped into a nearby river. Every bookstore, every school, and every home was instructed to tear out the pages of any book containing a photo of the statue or the man. This was done. Seems these guys were laying the groundwork for later changes of the photos of events on 11/22/63 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Censorship_...viet_Union. Taken together with the forgoing posts on the destruction of the largest statue of Stalin, shows that those who remove/alter history are often later in some way 'altered' themselves.

That certainly does say a lot about her character Bernice. And the character of the owners of the Ed Forum. Makes you wonder about a lot of people over there. I have known Peter for years and he has never behaved in any inappropriate manner. We have exchanged many personal emails, and at all times he was a gentelman, not even saying something inappropriate in jest. It's just not who he is.

My suggestion for you is to walk away from all of this. Put ALL of your effort into finding suitable work. Arise each day and have your tea or coffee out of doors away from the computer. Ignore fourms for now. Your accuser has just posted on the Ed Fourm. I do not know how this can get any uglier for you. You can post all of it here as your defense but to what end? How will it help YOU, ultimately? And besides if all this occurred months ago that Walker is bringing it up NOW is just ploy on his part to justify banning and erasing you. So be a bigger man than he and just walk away. Your views are CORRECT, you have the truth on your side. Walker is either lying or cognitively impaired when it comes to conspiracy. We have all known this for YEARS. Lesson learned: be careful with whom you get friendly on the net. It could get ugly. Lies could be told. Only you and she know the truth. Looks like her version is QUITE sanitised to suit her own needs. Whatever they happen to be. We can only quess. But why bother?

I see that the usual history modification is beginning to take hold over at the swamp.
To those who understand how history modification happens there, it is simply important to remember that when the record has been totally expunged, one can thereafter state anything they like without fear of being caught in the act of untruth, fact-twisting and numerous other disagreeable, not to say, disreputable expediencies.
Apparently the new approved commissars line is that Peter's expulsion was not about sexual harassment but something altogether else. He acted in a way not suitable for moderators. That from a non moderator. He is also said to have said angry things in PM's. How inconsolable the recipients must have been.
But at least it is a rather unique argument. If one lived in sensory isolation, that is. In my personal experience sufficient nastiness and foulness was on daily public display there, that anything said in PM's would not, could not, be worse.
On the other new accusation I have a dilemma. Presumably, moderators sharing with selected ordinary members intimate "moderators only" information about what other members do is not a sacking offense. Or rather, it is if your not of the ruling clique, but it isn't if you are. And there we have it. A non moderator and non admin speaking authoritatively about a forum he is just an ordinary member of.
I've been looking for a word to describe what I believe has taken place at the swamp, and after much searching I think this may be it:
A right fooking royal, malice driven, stitch up.
If it were done in private, as these things should be done - if for no other reason than that out of common decency and forum dignity - then none of this would've come about. But such is the malice there that the execution was designedly done in public.
