"MOURNING IN AMERICA" BY Ed Jewett
RE: Ed Jewett's Book Review of The Last Circle
TO: Ed Jewett
FROM: Cheri Seymour
Dear Ed: Many, many thanks for your work in reviewing The Last Circle book, for your intelligent and fascinating insights, and for listing the related websites and links. It is much appreciated. I would love to respond in depth to the 17 questions you listed in Part Three of your Review aptly entitled, "Mourning in America," but for the time being can only answer in brief, as I'm currently working overtime to finish my next book, "The Coup," about the OKC bombing, and traveling back and forth to Phoenix, AZ.
Everything you questioned deserves a definitive answer, as they are good observations, and I look forward to discussing these issues with you in the future. Be advised that I left approximately 60% of my 18 years of research out of The Last Circle to streamline the book (ha, ha, really) and/or because I couldn't prove or validate it through 2 or more law enforcement or other reliable sources, or through documentation.
On the other hand, some sources who have been discredited in the media such as Michael Riconosciuto, turned out to be telling the truth with respect to specific issues such as drug/sting operations, scientific data, money laundering, and his relationship to individuals whom he named in The Last Circle. If I could not prove or validate some of Riconosciuto's statements, I left them out of the book.
With regard to Ted Gunderson's claims about 911, the OKC bombing, and other claims, I was never able to validate any of those specific claims, so I left them out of the book. I only inserted what I could prove to be true. I do not believe that Tim Osman is Osama Bin Laden, as I was closely involved with that document at the time it was written and submitted to the court and the stories that circulated about it AFTER 911 are false. One of these days I'll explain the chronology of this, though I dislike spending valuable time addressing Internet myths and deceptions.
Please keep in mind that it was necessary for me to interview Danny Casolaro's original sources, walk in his shoes, so I could understand what he learned and what he experienced in his journey into the labyrinth. Some of Danny's key sources were Michael Riconosciuto and Robert Booth Nichols. They were directly responsible for much of what was written in Danny's notes, so it was impossible to leave them out of the book.
For the time being, in answer to your questions, this is the best I can do on short order, as follows:
(2) No. It is too late for that, in my opinion.
(3) Be advised that all my files that back up The Last Circle have been removed from my house and stored in a safe location now that The Last Circle book is in print. Thus I don't have immediate access to look up documents, but I have in my files an unpublished chapter entitled, "The True Believers" by Barbara Honegger, who once worked in the Reagan administration as a researcher and policy analyst in 1980. If you can obtain a copy of this chapter, I believe it will answer your question No. 3. In short, my answer to this question is "Yes," but it took years of research to learn this, and would take at least 30 pages of writing to explain it all. And, I suspect you have a great deal of information on this subject already based on the way in which you worded your question.
(4) Yes, the Fed had (and used) a copy of PROMIS for many years, but sometime in 2000 - 2001 they began looking for a replacement system. Bill Hamilton has been following their progress and could give all the details to answer this question No. 4. He has sent me hundreds of e-mails on this subject, in confidence, and I don't have permission to release that information. However, I'm sure he would be happy to share his findings with you on this subject if you contact him.
(5) Ptech was founded in 1994, long after PROMIS was developed. I once questioned Bill Hamilton about Ptech's relationship to PROMIS and he responded in depth, but the answer is long and very technical. Again Bill could provide you with this answer. Suffice to say, that my answer is "No" to this question, based on Bill Hamilton's data and my own research. This is why I didn't mention Ptech in The Last Circle.
(6) I don't have any info on the subject of nuclear fissionable materials in arms dealing that involve WMD's.
(7) No, I haven't.
(8) Good question. Looks interesting for future research.
(9) Yes, the American public really needs to understand these issues. I did some research in the 1990's on related subjects such as Bio-Warfare and Bio-Terrorism and surviving an outbreak. You can read something I wrote on Bio-Terrorism at these websites:

(10) Yes, I have. I wrote about lab-created viruses at the above websites.
(11) No. I am currently writing a book about the OKC bombing. I was hired as a private detective to investigate the OKC bombing and traveled by car 11,500 miles interviewing people who knew about the bombing before it occurred, as well as those who officially investigated it, and there is no correlation between Michael Riconosciuto's fuel-air explosive technology and the OKC bombing.
(12) I have no information on this subject.
(14) Good point. Keep in mind that "Congress" is comprised of individual "elected representatives." A people get the government they deserve.
(15) I refer this question #15 to your next question #16. The most serious research that could be done by this Forum, in my opinion, would be to find the answer to your question in #16.
(16) You wrote: "--- And what was his critical role in this case?" Ed: Congratulations, you have done your research well in The Last Circle. The question you asked is, in my opinion, the most critical question that could be asked. Be advised, that if you find the answer to that question, you will have the answers to all your questions. But if you publicize that answer, you will never be safe again.
(17) Again, you have read the clues offered between the lines of The Last Circle. I am gratified that they were not so subtle as to go unnoticed. Thank you.
