I'm not aware of one but there must be something out there. It's not something I've seen covered often though... which is interesting.
And not a little remarkable considering that it was JP Morgan which bailed out Il Duce in the mid-1920s!
George Seldes has some interesting bits & pieces in his books, & in editions of In Fact, but I've yet to come across any work which pulls all the pieces together.
