Albert - I can conclude Kleins never had C2766 or the other 99 FC rifles listed. The FBI would have been all to glad to find another C20-T750 order with the FC rifle shipped instead of the 36" TS carbine ordered in April 1962. As I posted, from March 62 thru Feb 63 the 36" TS Carbine was advertised - yet Kleins did not have any TS rifles - hence the order in Jan 62 for 400 TS rifles.
Do you ever wonder which rifle they shipped for those orders between Mar 62 and Feb 63 ??
Other than that one order, there is simply no evidence which corroborates that rifle was ever removed from Harborside while the only REAL evidence we have is 10 slips from that 5200 rifle order that carry the international designation for the rifles "38 E"
Waldman is not asked why a domestic shipment of 40.5" 7.7lb Mannlicher-Carcano Fucile Corte rifles/carbines has the same international packing slips from the Italy to Harborside shipment and that nowhere in Kleins domestic business dealings do they refer to this rifle as "38 E".
By repeating the fallacy the FBI is selling: that the order was real, the PMO was real, the rifles were at Kleins, the rifle was shipped to a PO Box, shipping costs were forwarded to USPS and the FC was substituted for the TS on these orders... you keep people viewing this at the wrong POV.
Just like Ozzie shooting JFK - if you can't get him to that window with that rifle - which no one can - then talking about his shooting ability is moot.
