Problem is, that the embryonic EU army, the Franco-German Brigade, the Germans wanted to speak English, an' the French wanted to speak French, so they ended-up speaking French & German & English by default. The Septics are very strongly against an EU-autonomous army, 'cos it'll diminish their influence, despite their $$-bleating. Interesting how ppl're queueing-up to buy it, but I suspect that's down to the pilot-command interface - mind control. [oh, neuralgic... - first of the day, and the Red Arrows flew-over too, earlier-on, in diamond formation, I think... So it goes].
