I do have a sincere problem to believe in the U.S. justice system. And I do have a sincere problem to believe in the FBI.
I have informed the President of the United States that I have evidence suggesting that a certain Yeshavant Moreshewar Tembe is on the 9/11 victim list, as published by CNN and the New York Times. Also I have found no evidence whatsoever that this identity existed prior to September 11, 2001. And third I am in posession of evidence that Mr Tembe, Yesh M. did collect a pension after September 11, 2001.
I do not see any way to reconcile these pieces of evidence.
I urge you to investigate in this case with the full authority of the FBI.
I urge you to inform the public about any ongoing investigation in this case.
And finally, when you have reached a firm conclusion, I urge you to make a public statement, regarding this case and what it might mean for the investigation into September 11, 2001.
