Tom, take a breath and relax before trying to put the cart before the horse, I can appreciate you putting up your regular mombo gumbo language as always, however, I don't think anyone would be interested in your 1988 revised Act. And, thus is the reason I put up the 1964 revised act from the Federal Reserve (it self,) it continued from it's 1963 revisions. Please note my very last post in-case you know, you didn't read it!
