There is not an adult on the planet who wouldn't have shaken Angela Merkel's hand at a photo op, but the 70 year old child Fake President refused the gesture after Merkel pooh-poohed his 300 billion pound "invoice for NATO".

Fully formed adults -- regardless of politics and religious postures -- don't behave like Donald Trump.
