Mr. Kowalski: Are the papers actually digitized but not released as such, or is it the policy of the Archives to forbid a researcher from taking, for instance, cell phone copies or scanning them onto flashdrives?

If copying is forbidden, is this the uniform policy for all of the documents in the archives or are the Bloomfield papers being treated uniquely in this respect?
