The consecuences of Morale's plan: the allegated plot to "Kill" him by Rosza and his gang (his employees).

All main oppositors are chased judicially (no opositors in Bolivia now) by Morale's judges and prosecutors, by a variety of supposed felonies. No legal chance to defend themselves.
Latest news: with his majority in congress, he approved a "short law" that allow him to name all most important dignitaries of the judical power of nation. This is a clear violation of the New Constitution (approved by himself and his allieds), but there is no judiciary Tribunal that can declare the inconstitutionality of the law. And soon, with this law all the judicary tribunals of the nation will be his employees also, that will declare the "legality" of all his laws and decrees, no matter what. Not to mention that no one can rise a voice against him without the danger to be prosecuted, jailed and his propertyes seized.
A clear violation to Democracy, also. He now controls the three powers of the nation (Legislative- he has total congressional majority-, Excecutive and now, Judiciary).
In any part of the world, this is called DICTATORSHIP. No excuses.
Morales rejected the observations made by UN members to Ginebra, claiming that "in Bolivia exists the independency of powers" (he don't explain why...)
This is the "Hero of Mother Earth" and "defender of indigenous people".
