Even if what you claim is true, your conclusion is wrong.
Packing the higher levels of the judiciary with one's political supporters is the common MO of democracies, as a cursory examination of appointment to the American Supreme Court in recent decades demonstrates.
You must read a little about political science and democracy rules, Jan.
One of the most clear definitions of a dictator is the one that hold and control the powers of a nation in one hand.
Typically, a Democracy has at least 3 powers, no one above the other, but with 3 different functions working in coordination: Legislative (to make rules and laws), Executive ( the one that administrate and enforce the law according determinations of judiciary power), and Judiciary (the one that apply and give interpretation to the law). Some nations recognice the Electoral Power, also (in Bolivia controlled by Morales, ALSO).
Democracy is a system developed mostly in America and Europe to control tyrants an despots, as your european kings, nazi and socialist tyrants that covered the world with blood and filled the pits with their victims.
Now Morale's can make his own rules, apply and interpret them to himself, and "sentence" ...... himself (and others, of course). All in one....:argh: ... Just as your despots. How ridiculous and shameful.
