I think it's even worse than that David. I saw a continuing legal ed class a few years back and two of the speakers were lawyers for several detainees. These are kids who just happened to be walking around, near the war zone, and grabbed. That most of the detainees are totally innocent would all come out in a civil court. Can't have that now, can we?
