Not at the level I was at Jack but maybe at the post grad level and officer levels. One thing that was made very clear in my military law lessons was that you were obligated to follow an order. If there was any doubt as to whether that order was legal or not that had to be followed up later, after following the order, or one would be charged for not follow an order.
