Purported autopsy illustration

I was just looking at posts at EF and saw something I had never read before.
On the thread titled "Evelyn Lincoln Important witness" an illustration of JFK's autopsy is referenced. Present in this illustration, and therefore at the president's autopsy, are Richard Nixon and George H.W. Bush.
I was stunned. Why would either of these men be present?
Anyone know any more about this?

I'm sure that Messrs. Nelson and Morrow would tell you that they were under orders from "mastermind" LBJ to make themselves seen so as to throw the hound dogs off the Johnson scent.

Pure, unadulterated bullshit of the sort that is eligible for a new award that I'm proposing: the LBJ Mastermind of the Year Award. Or, as it will come to be known, the "Elbee."
