My experience is that one either likes The Communist Manifesto or one likes Mein Kampf. But not both. I smell a rat.

- one of the few Jewish Congresspersons and only woman who is
- believes in woman's right to choose and use of human stem cells
- pro-environment and alternative energy
- "Goodbye friends" message published hours before shooting,exhorted his friends to "Please don't be mad at me."
- Military won't tell why he was not accepted, but will tell he applied
- talk of terrorism, almost of being a terrorist and we'll know more in a few days
- fairly progressive Congresswoman and hated by the Tea Party [target, hit-list, reload...]
- the stirring up of political polarization in AZ lately with several laws and actions
- plastic gun [detectable with metal detectors, but not very] with 29 bullet clip available
- Many more, too many!
- We have 'one of these shootings' every few months...they change the script, but the subtext seems to resonate the same.

The ONLY good thing is miraculously they say she may well recover...I hope will full mental and physical abilities....but I'd say that would be VERY rare for a shot to the head at point blank range.

I'll be very interested to hear what groups and friends he's surrounded himself with in recent years. Now, will the USG subpoena his internet, phone, other records....I very much doubt it. Quick trial and execution. McVeigh, the younger.

Also, just going on gut instinct, the name Jared irked me, so looked it up, it means 'ruler'. Used most by Mormons.

Lastly, for now, I really feel that Palin and her bunch are accessories to this crime - having planted the idea of this Congresswoman as a 'target' in his mind [whether his own] or he is under control of others, then in their minds as a matter of convenience and control. I hope during the trial they drag Palin in and destroy her. I'll also be able to hear what his parents, siblings and family life was like....but this is the same old same old. Very sad for America the state it is in! It is a culture of physical, mental, social and financial violence/hate. The government is violent/hateful. TV, films, videos etc. are violent/hateful. Rap music is mostly violent/hateful. Violence/hate is allowed - and shown as the best way to solve problems, watching tender love-making or examples of diplomacy - international or personal are not. Sick nation....the Government/Oligarchy/Deep Crowd sets the examples, and makes the decrees [I'd not longer call them laws]. The gun-toting youth follow or are led by the mental nose-ring. :wirlitzer:
