Yes, and ususally when the PTB are behind such a thing it is also to cover something darker that is occurring. This story becomes the big news to hide what the bastards are up to. I remember thinking that back when Frank Sinarta Jr was "kidnapped". I thougt back then it was a ploy to get the JFK assassination off the front page as people were beginning to question the cover story. At least I was so I assumed others were as well.

I wonder what is really going on. The name "Lee" jumped out at me immediately.
And I dod not know that the last name sounds like "loner" . Damn.

The other interesting point, Dawn, Jack, others, is that such a 'message' can only be read correctly by a very small % of the population - those mostly knowledgeable, plus the most antithetical 'enemies' of its origination.
