The bizarre behavior noted of Wheeler in the videos must be cross-referenced with a reading of Hank Albarelli's book "A Terrible Mistake" about the development and use of chemicals applied easily by magician-trained hands, on magazines and book papers, in aerosolized spray, in beverages or foodstuffs, or other surreptitious or covert means in order to make people look disoriented, foolish, crazy, lacking in social control, or verbal control, so as to discredit them or provide cover for a different op. They are a tool of character assassination, actual murder, political hijinks, etc.
This man exhibits the behaviors and characteristics noted in the book.
Such methods were in development since shortly after World War Two ended, were used and tested without the knowledge of the individuals in question in prisons, hospitals, military settings, and beyond. They were developed and kept secret for a very long time by the US government until the tale of the death of Frank Olson was told in painstaking steps over decades culminated by the intense research lasting nine years by Mr. Albarelli. Any knowledge of this capacity and use was blocked by the Federal government in innumerable ways, by Congressional Commissions headed by by Rockefeller, by President Ford and his underlings Cheney and Rumsfeld, and in many more ways. The impetus for this came from the CIA via Fort (then Camp) Detrick. The book is 826 pages long, of which the text itself runs over 700 pages. It is a deep politics research tool for which I commend Mr. Abarelli greatly.
