Certainly possible already in Japan...where public toilets are computerized and sense if the person [unisex toilets] is a male or female and raises or lowers the seat accordingly for the 'most usual' activity. It also gives a readout of the amount of urine [and pH and sugar content and some other variables] or feces variables....so it could easily be combined with the persons mobile and bingo....
