America? What happened to HER?

The article begins:

Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

OK - the first question is who is the "me" of the article?

So, I tried to track down the source of the article by googling the title and found it's spreading like a virus across the net.

As far as it's possible to tell, the article appears to have originated with Hal Turner.

Here's the beginning of the wiki entry on Turner:

Harold Charles "Hal" Turner is an American white nationalist and white supremacist from North Bergen, New Jersey. He ran his program, The Hal Turner Show, as a webcast from his home once a week, and depended on donations from his listeners. He quit the show in July 2008. In August his website also closed down, though he retains a blog.

Of course, wiki is far from 100% accurate.

However, if America had granted "Eminent Domain" to China, I doubt Mr Turner would have sources at the US embassy in Beijing prepared to leak this to him.

That said, I wouldn't be totally surprized if there are secret "China deals" being concocted by the financial elites who are desperate to prevent China from dumping its American Treasuries....
