This is coming-up in synch with the Levin McCain bill that will remove Posse Comitatus and install international Homeland Security lawlessness domestically over the Constitution. The founding fathers would have gone to arms immediately over this. Our present drooling retard state with TV video game players as a public probably won't even notice this fascist Constitution-destroying bill.
If the RFK evidence is left up to a US judge you can pretty much expect what the verdict will be, and after the Homeland bill is passed you can pretty much know how it will be defended.
