One thing about the CIA - they rarely confirm or deny anything. They must be worried about this one. They didn't 'deal' with the other part of Hersh's statement - that Chaney ran death-squads......but I'd bet there's internal concern over that - whether they were involved or some other nightmare agency or off-the-shelf was.
