Thanks Peter and Maggie for the heads up on this. I think its great that they give the policy such a fitting name and acknowledge it. Has anyone filed an FOIA for the powerpoint?

Yes, the name really tells all - sort of like J. Edgar [Mary]'s pink high-heeled shoes! As I noted elsewhere, I believe the CIA and all the other [many] intel agencies and other agencies of the USA are likely doing the same thing. In my own case, I have had FOIA requests denied as 'no documents matching request', when I actually had them in my hands by other means or requests - or otherwise KNEW for a FACT they had to exist. They are not in the 'business' of giving out information; but of denying it, changing it, censoring it and making sure the Truth NOT be told. We need to be vigilant and fight this - or loose our democracy [really, already lost...but by some slight of hand and enormous effort, salvageable!]
